The sound quality is great and they do not move one centimeter well your working out. I have used them with weight training and interval training and never had to adjust them. I have also used them well running in the rain and no problems. The head phones are great when you are active but can get a little uncomfortable if you just sitting at the computer, but thats not what they where made fore. Over all the best workout headphones I have ever purchased.

This was my upgrade from the 70 edition, equally as good as before, cant find anything negative apart from I cant lie down and relax but running, walking, gym, perfect..........!!!
Not seen the rust as yet..... so maybe that will be another down fall, lets wait and see :)

I got these because I do quite a lot of running and I think the Sennheiser CX 300 Headphones are superb. These are uncomfortable after about 5 minutes, and the sound quality is mediocre. All in all, somewhat disappointing.
