An excellent bit of kit for exercising with which represents great value for money. I run a lot, lift weights, and do circuit training. It is small and inconspicuous, allows complete freedom of movement, and is easily attached to clothing. It is also incredibly robust (I have sat on it a couple of times) and has so far survived my sweat and the ubiquitous dust, heat and sand I am currently surrounded in. As far as expectation management goes, bear two things in mind: 1. If you intend to use it for sports (or for any duration), you will need to buy the BELKIN adapter (around a fiver) to be able to use proper sports (or comfortable) headphones rather than the supplied Apple ones (unless you have peculiar-shaped ears which can withstand the horrendous fit of the issued white earpieces). 2. You will need to do some playlist admin on iTunes first and make up several playlists to upload that you can flick between. The device to flick between songs/playlists works absolutely fine (see separate BELKIN review), and there is still plenty of space on there which I will gradually fill with more upbeat tunes. Well worth the money.
