This phone was easy to set up and is easy to use.
The docking station keeps the handset charged, and the battery life is actually quite good. Reception is great, and the call quality is generally very good. The ability to dial directly from the handset is also great as is the access to all my skype contacts.
Why 4 stars?
Windows XP doesn't detect this as a USB phone, which means it automatically sets it to the default sound device.
That means that every time I want to listen to music, watch a film or listen to something on YouTube, I have to go into settings and change the default device back to my normal sound card.
Microsoft have released a patch for this problem, but it doesn't work with this particular handset.
A good device spoilt by 1 little flaw.

Quality of phone and software is ok, it's what you expect from the pics and price, pretty happy with it. Just wanted to post that it works 100% fine on vista x64 from what I've seen so far.

I purchased this on Friday and received the following day. Very easy to set up and the sound quality is really good. Spoke to my sister in Germany and my Mum in Greece. Think it's amazing what you can do these days.

Works easily and well with windows XP, and works well with Vista as long as Logitech Quickcam software is NOT installed as there is a serious conflict with SkypeMate. Worth 5 stars because of prompt help given by sellers.

This arrived this morning and worked straight away once I had re-booted the computer. I've only had time to make a quick test call to my home phone but all seems well.
Only gripes: The software is a bit clunky with no indication of version number. I downloaded the latest version from their website as I couldn't find the version number on the package. The disk says V2.4 but Skype is at v.3.8.0.115 and SkypeMate is 2.0.0.32
The manual (as most seem to be these days) is rather vague but the phone is easy to use.
