Product Description SANDISK MICROSDHC 8GB CARD ONLY
Seems genuine enough! Sent: 30 December 2008 Bought this from a reseller at the same time as buying one and an adaptor from Amazon directly.
Both seem genuine SanDisk products. Yet to be tested but comparing it to the Amazon supplied card the packaging looks to be proper SanDisk.
Only gripe I would have is that you pretty much get a free adaptor if you buy from Amazon directly as the postage brings the price up to pretty much what Amazon charge for the adaptor and card.
Very prompt delivery
8 Sent: 14 December 2008 Great product. Using the card for my phone and no problems at all. The first review says there are problems with the adapter, however this is not as bad as they make out by any means, there is a useful lock and unlock switch on the side, which enables you to stop the accidental deletion of files. And on the part of it being stiff to get the card out, you do not need long nails as the extruded part is only about 1mm in size, so no worries there, and it is relativly easy to get out, think it has got jammed once, but that was just because i accidentally pulled it at an angle.
Overally impredded at the value too.
Big memory, little price Sent: 24 September 2008 memory cards have come down in price so much in the last year, but even so, I was surprised to find Amazon selling this 8GB SDHC card for under £20 when so many other retailers had it for much more.
Anyway, brushing my scepticism aside, I purchased said card and tried it out in both my Nintendo DS (with a DS Real card) and my HTC Smartphone (the BT one that comes with BT Anywhere). I'm happy to say that it worked perfectly in both without even having to reformat.
The card I got came with a SD Adaptor only, which is fine as I have a couple of SDHC USB adaptors lying around, but I'd recommend getting one if you don't already have one, as many card readers can be funny with the new SDHC format.
So far I've tried this card and confirm it works in:
Nintendo DS with M3 DS Real and Edge cards
HTC Smartphone (BT Anywhere)
Motorola V3i Phone.
I've just ordered a Sansa Fuze MP3 player and hear that these will work in those as well.
Great value Sent: 23 August 2008 Great value and I had no problem with the adaptor, works as it's meant to.
