I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of this item. It is well constructed, with a look and feel that belies its modest price. In use, it produces a well defined clear and detailed sound. A good buy for the money, highly recommended.

Ultimately if you are looking for an optical cable at this price you've probably already realised that short of buying a really thin and flimsy 99p cable you get no noticeable difference in sound quality between one at £10 and one at £100 unless you spend the same on your audio kit as most people do on a family car. So what really matters here is that the cable is flexible, sturdy, does an excellent job is 2 metres long and yet costs a very sensible price. Sorted
I use it between my Sony PS3 and my Sony 5.1 Surround.

Well built cable. I use mine between the PS3 and sound system, but can obviously connect your tv directly to your sound system which means anything plugged into your tv sounds great. Definitely recommend this cable.

I bought this to connect my PS3 to my 5.1 processor. The cable is flexible yet substantial. The connectors have a good solid 'click' connection. And the price is great. I'd definitely buy again.
