It's all right, I suppose.  Sent: 21 June 2010
My first suprise was that the phone wasn't in one piece, and not having good use of my fingers, I had to get someone to put it together for me...and set the time for me...and set the date ... and set the ringtone.
Then I discovered it needed a socket to plug it into as well as a phone socket, which I didn't have, so I had to pay another £12 for a 6-way adaptor to replace my 5-way adaptor.
I didn't want the answerphone, I just wanted the speakerphone as I am now unable to hold the handpiece. I can hear callers very well. So loud and clear that the neighbours upstairs can probably hear too. Unfortunately, the caller cannot hear me very well - which was exactly what I'd bought the phone for.
If you're fit and healthy and been born holding an item af modern technology, you'll have no problems with this phone.
PS. There is a "normal" ringtone to choose, and the illuminated info. going off quickly isn't that much of a problem.

A Good Phone, but it lacks a battery to remember the date and time incace of power cuts, which lets it down. Apart from that it is OK.

If your looking for a cheaper alternative to a brand new BT paragon 650 then i can recommend a reconditioned one.
Boxed like new and in perfect working order but a lot less cost than a brand new one.
